Seven string instruments, a guitar, a bass guitar and drums. We are pursuing our ongoing dialogue between Massicot’s punk music and Contrechamps’ timbral exploration of strings. A new expanded and amplified version of UPE, our joint creation from 2021, will spice up the celebration of its vinyl release. Ariadna Alsina Tarrés has written a piece that takes electroacoustic timbre to breathtaking new heights of grace and beauty.
