La Nuit du quatuor

GYÖRGY LIGETI, MARC RIBOT QUARTET, ADRIEN TRYBUCKI, KARL NAEGELEN, MARC GARCIA VITORIA, JORGE CARE, KATIA GEHA, FLORENCE MELNOTTE, FMAC

There are four cardinal points, four seasons, four elements of geometry: the point, the line, the plane, the volume. The quartet, in itself, is something of a utopia: how do four distinct artistic sensibilities coalesce into a single sonic organism without it falling apart? The Ensemble and its partners rise to the fourfold challenge. The evening brings together over four hours of live music and a varied line-up of artists and sets, culminating in a kaleidoscopic listening experience, with two films screening continuously from 7 pm to midnight.
