Close-Up, Contrechamps' hybrid musical ensemble, brings together the Ensemble's regular members with external musicians who are keen to enjoy a unique creative experience. Everyone is welcome, from pop to classical music, choral singing, folk, improvised music... and all instrumental levels.

Then Close-Up is for you!
The project will offer participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the world of contemporary music and new experiments. There will be plenty of room for improvisation, research, ideas, and individual initiative.
The rehearsals will provide an opportunity to work and exchange ideas with musicians from Contrechamps and Olga Kokcharova, a well-known composer on the Geneva scene, who will write a piece especially for the Close-Up Ensemble. Susanne Peters, flutist and outreach coordinator at Contrechamps, will lead the project.
